Addison Sharrun
Owner and Founder of AS Computer Solutions and ASCS Cloud

I’ve always had a passion for entrepreneurship, even before I knew what that word really meant.
Early Days
One of my earliest memories of “business” goes back to when I was 9 years old, running a little hockey-equipment table at the Onoway farmers market. My dad helped me carry everything in, but the idea and the pricing were mine. That day I made enough to buy my first laptop.
But the funny part is… it wasn’t the laptop that made me happiest.
It was the feeling of creating something, selling it, and seeing someone walk away genuinely satisfied. That feeling stuck with me.
Not long after, I started a tiny graphic design “company” called GrabTheBoard.
It began with sports edits — hockey, basketball, whatever I could design. At first it was just me experimenting, but somehow it grew. Over the years, it slowly crept up to around 1,100 followers.
For a kid barely in his teens, that felt huge.
But after a few years, I felt myself outgrowing it. I had learned a ton, but I was ready for something new. So I moved on and spent a year or two dabbling with different ideas, trying little things here and there, not really knowing what I was searching for — just following curiosity the best I could.
Eventually, all that experimenting led to Krazed Keycaps.
It was handmade keycaps at first — messy, creative, and very “figure it out as you go.”
Somehow it took off. I posted every day, worked nonstop, and at 15 years old I hit a $3,000 month.
It didn’t last.
I made a lot of mistakes, and the business fell apart.
But honestly? That failure taught me more than any success ever could’ve. It clarified that this path — building things, selling things, serving people — was something I couldn’t shake.
Leaving school — the moment everything changed
Going into grade 11…
School entirely stopped making sense for me.
The routine, the structure, the entire system — it just didn’t feel like my path anymore. Truthfully i don’t think it ever did…
So I made a decision that scared me then and still scares me a bit now:
I dropped out.
My parents were upset, and rightfully so. They wanted stability for me. They wanted the safe route. I understood that, even if I didn’t feel the same way.
To keep things steady at home, I took a job at The UPS Store.
And I genuinely appreciate everything they did for me — they treated me well, and I learned a lot there.
But deep down, I knew it wasn’t where I was supposed to be.
Luckily for me, a UPS Store customer was about to spark something in me. He was an older gentleman who frequented my location…
Not to ship anything.
Not to print anything.
Not for UPS at all.
He came in specifically to talk to me about his phone, his apps, or whatever tech issue he had that day.
And one afternoon, while helping him at the counter, I had this wild, unrealistic thought pop into my head:
“I could be a mobile phone / computer consultant”

Meet Jasper — The Energy Boost Behind ASCS
There came a point where Addison was doing everything himself — servers, customers, websites, repairs, the whole nine yards.
And eventually… yeah, it got overwhelming.
ASCS needed some extra brainpower, extra creativity, and honestly… just extra energy.
Enter Jasper.
Born with a natural smile and a “let’s get it done” mindset, Jasper brings a completely new vibe to ASCS.
He’s 25, with a background that reads like he collected all the cool skill trees:
- BSc in Computer Science & Software Engineering
- BSc in Mechatronics Engineering
- Graphics Design wizard
- Data Analysis brainpower
- Finance management sense
- Software Engineering chops
- Cinematography creativity
- Website Development experience
Oh — and he brings this talent package straight from Nigeria, adding global perspective and culture to the ASCS story.
Where Addison brings raw fire, servers, and relentless grind…
Jasper brings calm confidence, polished creativity, and the “hey, let’s make this better” factor.
Together, they form a surprisingly powerful duo —
the high-octane founder and the multi-talented creator.
The perfect balance of energy + precision, ideas + execution, Canada + Nigeria.
ASCS Cloud grew faster than expected, and Jasper became a key part of pushing things forward — helping polish the brand, improve the visuals, sharpen the websites, and add professionalism without killing the youthful spirit that ASCS is built on.
If Addison is the engine…
Jasper is the turbocharger.
